Our neighbors in attendance in person at the Wednesday December 11th 2023 at 6:00 pm had an opportunity to vote on the proposed new WHNA By-Laws. There was a Majority Vote to Ratify the proposed new WHNA By-Laws.

The major changes to the New WHNA By-Laws were (1) to require WHNA Members to be registered with WHNA to vote in any elections or enter some contests; and (2) the WHNA Board may not contain more than one member from the same residence; and (3) show the expanded WHNA area.
